ROSEN MANOLOV

Coach Manolov brings over 25 years of experience helping gymnasts reach their full potential. As the former Head of the Bulgarian National Team, and the Head Coach for the Bulgarian Men’s team at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney Australia, Coach Manolov has coached and trained some of the best gymnasts in the world. Coach Manolov is our Director of Gymnastics and he works with levels 7- Elite boys and Girls.

Acheivments:

1979 Achieved Master of the Sport in Bulgaria; 1979-1982 Member of the Bulgarian National Team; 1983-1997 Gymnastics coach at sports club “Locomotiv”, Russe; 1993-1997 Assistant head coach of the National Team in Bulgaria; 1993-1997 Head coach of the Junior National Team; 1993-1997 Head member of the Bulgarian Judges Committee; 1997-2000 Head coach of the National Team of Gymnastics in Bulgaria; 1999 Head coach at the World’s Championships in Tianjin, China; 2000 Head coach of the men’s National Team at the Olympic Games in Sydney; 2000- current Gymnastics coach at USGA in Eugene, OR
NELI MANOLOVA

Neli competed both nationally and internationally for her native country of Bulgaria. She has achieved many awards in gymnastics. Neli was a Republican champion for Bulgaria multiple times.

Coach Neli brings many years of gymnastics experience to the USGA. In addition to her own athletic career, she has been coaching gymnastics for over 25 years. She works with our girls team level 4 to Elite.
RALI MANOLOVA

Rali (the oldest daughter of Rosen and Neli) trained and competed in Bulgaria. She was also a member of the University of Oregon’s Acrobatics and Tumbling team who were National Champions in 2011.

Rali graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in linguistics and she is planning on going to Graduate school and study education.

Rali has been coaching gymnastics for 10 years and she currently works with level 4 and 5 girls ,and also leads the Recreational Program.
SVETLOMIR STANCHEV

Svetlio is a former member of the Bulgarian National Team. Upon coming to the U.S. he joined Ringling Brothers Circus and toured with them until joining the USGA Staff.

Currently Svetlio works with the boys team and he also teaches recreational classes.
IVA MANOLOVA

Iva (the youngest daughter of Rosen and Neli) works with our recreational classes. Iva is so great with kids and has been doing USGA’S summer camps for the past 6 years. She is currently a student at the University of Oregon where she would like to pursue a career in Geography.
